Payment #2: pay 10% of invoice balance within 7 days of PE, sooner if discount received
Payment #3: remaining 90% balance paid in full within 21 days of PE, sooner if discount received
OPTION THREE: 4 payment plan, 8% installment fee, min 8 week TAP, excludes FASTart 1
